SekChek was founded in 1996 by two ex Deloitte & Touche IT security consultants who recognised the need for an independent method to analyse and assess security on computer platforms. History about SekChekThe first platform to be addressed was IBM AS400. Within a short time similar security review services were developed for Microsoft Windows, UNIX and Netware. The goal has been to provide the “IT roving auditor”, internal auditors and consultants, with a flexible, easytouse, independent and consistent service for determining a system’s security level quickly and efficiently.
